Yonwoo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Yonwoo"; website: http://www.yonwookorea.com) establishes this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act to safeguard users' personal information and rights and to handle any related grievances smoothly. If the Company revises this Privacy Policy, it will announce the changes on the website (or via individual notice). This Policy has been in effect since September 1, 2013.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

Yonwoo processes personal information for the purposes listed below. It will not use the information for any purpose other than those stated, and if the purpose changes, it will obtain prior consent.

1. Website membership registration and management
- Confirming intent to register, maintaining and managing membership status, preventing unauthorized use of services, providing notices and announcements, handling complaints, and retaining records for dispute resolution.

2. Provision of goods or services
- Supplying content and related services.

3. Marketing and advertising
- Developing new services or products, providing customized services, offering opportunities to participate in events or to receive promotional information, analyzing access frequency, and compiling statistics on service use.

Article 3 (Rights and Obligations of the Data Subject and How to Exercise Them)

1. As the data subject, a user may exercise the following rights at any time:
   - Request to view personal information
   - Request correction of errors
   - Request deletion
   - Request suspension of processing

2. Requests under Paragraph 1 may be submitted to Yonwoo in writing, by e mail, or by fax using Form No. 8 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act. Yonwoo will respond without delay.

3. If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information, Yonwoo will not use or provide the information until the correction or deletion is completed.

4. The rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent. In such cases, Form No. 11 (power of attorney) of the Enforcement Rules must be submitted.

Article 4 (Items of Personal Information Processed)

Required items: Contact information, address, name, e mail, company name, region of residence

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)

Yonwoo destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved.

1. Destruction procedure
Information entered by the user is transferred to a separate database (or, for paper, to a separate file) after the purpose is achieved and is stored for a certain period under internal policies and related laws, then destroyed. Information moved to the DB will not be used for other purposes unless required by law.

2. Destruction deadline
- Within five (5) days after the retention period expires, or
- Within five (5) days after the information becomes unnecessary due to fulfillment of purpose, service termination, or business closure.

3. Destruction method
Electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods that render restoration impossible.

Article 6 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)

Yonwoo takes the following technical, managerial, and physical measures pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act:

1. Minimizing and training personnel who handle personal information
Only designated employees manage personal information, and access is limited to them.

2. Establishing and implementing an internal management plan
3. Encryption of personal information
User passwords are stored and managed in encrypted form. Important data is encrypted or protected with file locking functions.

4. Access restriction to personal information
Access rights to the database are granted, modified, and revoked as needed, and unauthorized external access is blocked by a firewall.

5. Lock and key management of documents
Documents and storage media containing personal information are kept in secure locations with locking devices.

Users may contact the Privacy Officer or department regarding any personal information inquiries, complaints, or requests for relief. Yonwoo will respond promptly.

Article 8 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. If there are additions, deletions, or amendments due to changes in laws or internal policies, Yonwoo will announce them at least seven (7) days prior to their effective date via the website's notice section.
